Relief supplies reach flood-affected families in Rasuwa and Nuwakot

After the flash floods of late August 2026, Childreach Nepal dispatched relief materials to Rasuwa and Nuwakot, including tents, clothes, utensils, hygiene kits, sanitary pads, essential medicines, water bottles and power banks.

Together with Idea Studio Nepal, we sent further supplies to Nuwakot, and on 31 August our team reached the area with four cartons of essential medicines, emergency medical kits, sanitary pads, water purification tablets, packed food, drinking water and clothes.

Students from Ashriya Girls Hostel also stepped forward, sending biscuits and food supplies for affected families. Thank you to everyone who donated and stood with the communities in this difficult time.

Childreach Nepal is also one of the local partners supported by Global Fund for Children’s Nepal Floods Emergency Fund. Read more about the emergency fund.
