Purposeful Play coach education programme in Kathmandu

From 9 to 11 September 2026, Childreach Nepal and Coaches Across Continents ran a three-day On-field Purposeful Play Coach Education Programme at Jorpati Futsal, Kathmandu, focused on Purposeful Play for Child-Safe Education.

Coaches, trainers, teachers and youth facilitators from organisations, sports clubs and foundations learned how fun, inclusive sport sessions can build children’s life skills, wellbeing and confidence. They explored campaigns on Child-Safe Education, Self-Directed Learning, My Health My Rights, Climate Action, Mental Health and Inclusion.

The programme also gave participating organisations space to share ideas and build partnerships for future collaboration.
