Celebrating Global Day of Play on Kheer Diwas

We could not wait for 27 August. On Kheer Diwas, Childreach Nepal celebrated Global Day of Play early with WPlus and Mothers for Mothers, bringing children, families and the wider community together through Purposeful Play games from Coaches Across Continents.

The session was led by our CAC Community Purposeful Play Coaches Pooja Rana, Manisha Banskota, Anjana Tyata, Karuna Maya and Pallu Tamang, alongside local coaches. Many participants said the games brought back childhood memories and asked for play sessions to happen more often.

The day ended the traditional way, by sharing kheer together.
