Pad-making training and menstrual hygiene session at Meera Centre

Childreach Nepal held a pad-making training and a Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) session at Meera Centre, Dhulikhel.

The pad-making training was facilitated by Joseph Shrestha of Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) Nepal, and the MHM session was led by Dr. Sweta Mahato of Dhulikhel Hospital. Parents of Meera Centre students, Meera Centre staff and our team learned about the materials used to make sanitary pads, how to use the machine and why good menstrual hygiene matters for health and dignity.
